Slow water retreat

at pink river ranch

July 24 - 26, 2026 | Workshops - Only Day July 25th

What to Expect

The Slow Water Retreat is a peaceful day designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and nourish both mind and body in a natural setting. Guests will experience a thoughtfully curated day that includes yoga, a floral workshop, reflective journaling, a group root-cause therapy somatic experience, and meaningful time to connect with other women — all surrounded by the calming presence of the river and nature. The retreat concludes with a chef-prepared dinner and a closing ceremony, leaving participants feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed.

Enjoy the Wellness Day experience, or extend your time at the ranch with camping or glamping for a full weekend retreat.

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.
